A Great British Wine Tour offers a unique and immersive experience, visiting two award winning vineyards, Highweald and Everflyht, before finishing the day with a complimentary beer and brewery introduction at Unbarred Brewery.

Your Day

Your adventure begins with a scenic drive through Brighton and into the rolling South Downs. The first stop is Highweald Wine Estate, a charming estate producing exceptional still and sparkling wines. Enjoy a guided tour of the vineyard and winery, learn about their meticulous production process, and sample a selection of award winning wines.

A highlight of the day is a Sussex cheese and charcuterie lunch hamper enjoyed among the vines. This idyllic setting is perfect for relaxing and soaking in the landscape, with plenty of vegetarian and vegan choices available.

Next, travel to Everflyht, a boutique winery known for its innovative sparkling wines. Here you will take part in a guided tasting showcasing a diverse range of wines, with time to explore the vineyard at your leisure.

On the return journey, you will have the opportunity to reflect on the day and purchase wines directly from the vineyards if you wish. Back in Brighton, the tour concludes at Unbarred Brewery, where you will enjoy a complimentary welcome beer and hear the story behind the brewery. Freshly made pizza is available if you feel like a bite to eat.
