Enjoy the Sussex vineyards directly from London Gatwick Airport with our Fly & Vine Tour! The only scheduled airport transfer that takes you to a local vineyard for a tour, wine tasting and lunch, before transporting you onwards to your accommodation.

Turn your arrival day into one of the most enjoyable parts of your trip with our new Fly & Vine service! Our transfer service from London Gatwick Airport via a vineyard and then on to your accommodation allows you to maximise your time and experiences on your holiday.
We meet you at London Gatwick Airport and take you and your luggage by minibus to one of the award-winning vineyards located close to the airport. At the vineyard you’ll be treated to a tour of the vines, followed by a tutored wine tasting and lunch. After lunch, we’ll transport you to your accommodation arriving just about check-in time!
Our scheduled Fly & Vine service operates on Friday mornings from London Gatwick, coinciding with many flight arrivals. We also offer an Exclusive Fly & Vine Service for those wishing to book their own private transfer – ideal for those travelling in groups or for corporate events. The Exclusive Fly & Vine Service can be adapted for your departure day, where we pick you up from your accommodation, transfer you to a Sussex vineyard for a tour and tasting experience, before we take you back to the airport for your return flight home.
Fly & Vine Scheduled Service
Fly & Vine Scheduled Service operates every Friday from May – September from London Gatwick’s South Terminal. There are two timetabled transfers, one departs at 09:30 (Timetable A) and the second at 11:30 (Timetable B). Check the calendar for the date of your choice.
Please note that this is a shared service where you are transferred to the vineyard and then onwards to your accommodation in Brighton with other guests. If you are travelling on a different day of the week or arrive at a time that does not coincide with our Fly & Vine Scheduled Service, please enquire about our Fly & Vine Exclusive Service which we design as a bespoke transfer and vineyard tour for you.

Fly & Vine Exclusive Service
Fly & Vine Exclusive Service is an option available to everyone and for any number of guests – from couples to large corporate incentive groups. If your flight arrives on a day or at a time that does not coincide with our scheduled Fly & Vine Service, or if you simply want to enjoy a Fly & Vine tour exclusively for yourselves, then this service is right for you!
We will meet you at London Gatwick Airport at the time of your flight’s arrival. You can choose to experience the same wine tour as we feature for our Scheduled Fly & Vine Tour i.e. one vineyard for tour, tasting and lunch, or choose from one of our tailor made tour itineraries that best fits your requirements, budgets and onward travel arrangements.

FAQs
Which vineyards do you visit? We work with a number of different vineyards across Sussex. The vineyard for your chosen date will be displayed on the Fly & Vine Scheduled Service calendar. For Exclusive tours, we will suggest a vineyard(s) or we can visit a vineyard of your choice.
Our flight arrives in the afternoon, can we still use this service? Only our Fly & Vine Exclusive Service is available for afternoon reservations.
What if our flight arrival is delayed? If you miss the 09:30 Fly & Vine Service, you can wait for the later 11:30 bus and jump on (space allowing). Alternatively, we can help arrange private transport for you from the airport to the vineyard and you can join the tour from there. With Fly & Vine Exclusive, we will work with you to adjust the service around delays.
Is there a lot of walking involved? The activity level is low. There is a short guided walk to the vines and winery and you can choose to walk further among the vines for your picnic or not.
What if it’s raining? All of our experiences are designed to be enjoyed in all weathers. The wine tasting and lunch will be enjoyed in cosy tasting rooms and inside areas.
