Leonardslee Family Vineyards is truly a family endeavour. In 2016, the Streeter family acquired the historic Leonardslee Lakes & Gardens, undertaking the largest garden renovation seen in Europe in the last 30 years.

Their commitment to sustainability and restoration has revitalised the Grade 1 listed gardens, which are once again open to the public. Bringing a wealth of experience and knowledge from her wine estate, Benguela Cove, in South Africa, Penny decided to plant vineyards at Leonardslee, continuing the estate’s 200-year tradition of horticultural excellence.

Nestled in the countryside of West Sussex, Leonardslee Wine Estate is home to a world-class 18-hole golf course, a charming countryside cottage, a newly unveiled 9-bedroom boutique hotel, and a culinary sanctuary in our restaurant and Wine Tasting Lounge.
