Escape the city and discover the charm of Sussex’s vineyards on our Vintage Bus Wine Tour! After a short one-hour train journey from central London to Brighton, climb aboard our iconic 1960s Routemaster bus and set off to visit two picturesque vineyards for a tour, tasting and lunch.

Start your adventure at London Bridge railway station, where you’ll be met by a Great British Wine Tours host who will accompany you on the one hour train journey to Brighton.
Upon arrival, step aboard our iconic 1960s Red Routemaster bus and journey through the heart of Sussex wine country. Visit two award-winning vineyards, where expert guides will introduce you to the craft of English winemaking. Enjoy tastings of both still and sparkling wines, paired with a delicious picnic lunch of Sussex’s finest local produce.
After a relaxing day among the vines, the vintage bus will take you back to Brighton. Your train ticket to London is open-ended, so you can choose to go directly back to London or to spend the evening in Brighton and take a later return train on the same day.
The London Wine Tour runs on Saturdays, between April – October. We meet at 08:15am at London Bridge and return to Brighton at approximately 4:30pm. The train takes approximately 1 hour between Brighton and London Bridge. Check the calendar for the date of your choice. Price £145 per person including your return train ticket from London to Brighton.
P.S. Our host meets guests at London Bridge, but if its more convenient you can choose to take the same direct train from these London stations: London Blackfriars, St Pancras International or City Thameslink.
