Traditional Smoked Mackerel Fillets




Oak smoked mackerel fillets.

Springs hand-fillet whole mackerel varying in sizes, then hand fillet every one. They are then cured, smoked and cooked ready to eat. For their peppered fillets they sprinkle crushed black pepper corns over them once cooked.
