Located within the beautiful South Downs National Park, Ridgeview Wine Estate.
As you approach you will be greeted by a smart, modern winery set against the stunning vineyard and the picturesque South Downs. Your host will take you through the history of Ridgeview and the process of making traditional-method sparkling wine before showing you Ridgeview’s state-of-the-art wine making facilities.
Established in 1994 by Mike and Chris Roberts, Ridgeview’s sole focus is the production of the highest quality sparkling wine through continuously investing in state-of-the-art specialist equipment. All aspects of production are performed onsite from pressing the grapes to bottling, riddling, disgorging and labelling their wines.
Ridgeview’s philosophy of ‘as little interference as possible to make the wine as pure as possible’ is testament to the quality of their wines and their consistent success at International competitions.
Bluebell Vineyard Estate
Nestled in the spectacular High Weald Area of Outstanding National Beauty amongst extensive woodlands and spectacular views is the Bluebell Vineyard Estate.
Once we have arrived, you will be greeted by your host who will take you through a history of the estate and a tutored tasting of three award winning sparkling wines. You can relax on the terrace, when the sun is out, or be welcomed into the new tasting room with spectacular views, when it isn’t!
Established in 2005, Bluebell Vineyard Estate has won 35 national and international awards including medals from Sommelier Wine Awards, Decanter, International Wine & Spirits Competition and the International Wine Challenge.
Bolney Wine Estate
Set on the edge of the south downs National Park, Bolney Wine Estate.
A beautiful eatery and tasting room welcomes you before you are shown around Bolney’s state-of-the-art winery. A tour of the vines follows, finishing up with a select tasting of a variety of still and sparkling wines.
Founded by Janet and Rodney Pratt in 1972, now run by their daughter, Sam Linter, Bolney Wine Estate is very much a family run business.
Bolney vineyard has grown from three acres to present day over 39 acres with a state-of-the-art winery added in 2005.
Bolney specialises in producing premium red, white and rose still wines and of course sparkling English wines. Bolney’s goal to achieve the best quality wines possible is achieved by their dedication to ethical practices in all stages of their wine production. From sustainability and biodiversity, to a safe working environment for their staff, Bolney Wine Estate is a wonderful place to explore and taste.
Court Garden is set amongst the backdrop of the south downs and is just 20 minutes from Brighton. It is a family run, single estate vineyard and winery producing hand crafted, multiple award winning sparkling wines as well as two still whites, a red and rosé. This small boutique vineyard is making ripples in the wine world with their numerous award and accolades testament to their passion.

Albourne Estate is a small boutique vineyard set on the edge of the South Downs 20 minutes from Brighton. Albourne Estate has been producing exciting and distinctive single estate still wines which have received much critical acclaim since they were launched in 2014. For 2017, they have produced their first sparkling wine which, if their success in producing still wines is anything to go by, will be something very special.
A very pretty vineyard producing a variety of interesting still and sparkling wines in the heart of West Sussex. Nutbourne is a family-run and boutique vineyard and winery and was one of the pioneers in growing grapes in England since 1980. The Gladwin family have owned and managed Nutbourne since 1991 and have developed and expanded the vineyard to where it is today – a premier English wine producer with a range of award winning still and sparkling single estate wines.
